Marketing Executive


Location: Cirencester, Cotswolds, UK (hybrid, 3 days in the office per week)
Reports to: General Manager
Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a driven and creative Marketing Executive to support a well-established leading restoration/restomod company specialising in a unique combination of concours restoration, a small, highly exclusive range of high end restomods, and associated automotive services.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who understands car culture and technical products - and enjoys turning wonderful cars, complex engineering and workmanship projects into compelling content. The company is fun, dynamic, and the role will be what you make it – there is a huge scope to succeed and shape the future of this company, as well as be hands on at various events.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Content Marketing

  • Create and manage marketing content across website, email, and social media platforms

  • Maintain brand consistency across all communications, imagery, and messaging

  • Assist with product launches, announcements, and promotional campaigns

Digital & Social Media

  • Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

  • Plan and schedule content calendars aligned with events, workshop open days, and product launches

  • Analyse engagement and performance metrics, reporting insights and recommendations

Automotive Events Marketing

  • Support marketing activity around in-house events, concours shows, and exhibitions

  • Liaise with UK and international partners for content and promotion

  • Assist with event materials, displays, and post-event reporting

Sales & Dealer Support

  • Create marketing materials for dealers and distributors (brochures, spec sheets, digital assets)

  • Support international marketing initiatives and distributor communications

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in a marketing role (automotive preferred)

  • Strong written and visual communication skills

  • Experience managing social media platforms and content creation

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing analytics

  • Highly organised with attention to detail

Desirable

  • Interest or background in classic or modern automotive culture

  • Experience with Canva or similar design tools

  • Newsletter experience (e.g. Mailchimp)

  • Passionate about the world of cars

  • Creative, proactive, and hands-on

  • Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team

  • Able to balance creativity with technical accuracy
